A player who has made a minimum of one deposit into their WorldWinner account may withdraw any unused deposits and/or cash winnings.

Withdrawal Eligibility
- Only the payment methods that have been used to deposit into a WorldWinner account will be eligible to receive withdrawals.
- The payment system will determine which payment method(s) will be credited based on the payment methods used to deposit. A player will not be given a choice on how a withdrawal will process.
- It is the player's responsibility to ensure the payment methods used to deposit are eligible to receive withdrawals and are accessible by the player (including Gift or Pre-Paid Cards).
- Expired Credit/Debit Cards will not be eligible to receive withdrawals.
When You Withdraw
Players will receive an email confirmation once they request a withdrawal. The email confirmation includes information on how withdrawals are typically processed.
Before withdrawals can begin processing, the withdrawal will be reviewed and verified by the WorldWinner Fraud and Risk Team.
Typically within 2 days after the withdrawal request, players may view how their withdrawal is to be processed (what payment methods will be credited and how much will be credited back to the payment methods) by going to their WorldWinner Account Statement (Profile > Account Settings > Account Statement). On the WorldWinner Account Statement, you may adjust the Date Range and Filter By specific transactions, such as Withdrawals for easier viewing.
Processing Time Frames
Will vary by payment method and per transaction:
- Credit/Debit Card(s), PayPal, Apple Pay or Venmo: Withdrawals may take up to 10 business days.
- Check(s): Withdrawals may take up to 8 weeks for processing and delivery to address on file.
Withdrawals may process in multiple, smaller transactions that what was requested. Example: Player requests a $10 withdrawal and withdrawal is processed in two $5 credit transactions ($10 total), not a single $10 transaction.
Withdrawals may process back to multiple payment methods on file and processing time may vary depending on the payment method to be credited. Example: Player requests a $20 withdrawal where $10 is to be credited back to their Credit Card and $10 is to be credited back to their PayPal account. After 2 days, their PayPal account is credited $10 but their $10 credit takes 5 days to process and post to their Credit Card.
Withdrawal Restrictions
- Any Bonus Bucks balance available in the account at the time of the withdrawal will be forfeited/debited.
- Withdrawals cannot be changed, cancelled or re-routed.
- Credit/Debit Card(s) or Apple Pay users: WorldWinner may credit/refund up to the amount that has been deposited into the WorldWinner account using these payment methods.
- Any withdrawal amount that exceeds the amount that has been deposited into WorldWinner using a Credit/Debit Card(s) or Apple Pay will be processed to another available source or by Check if no other payment method is available on the WorldWinner account.
