Only players who have made a single cash deposit into their WorldWinner account may withdraw cash/winnings. There are no limits as to how much cash/winnings a player may withdraw from their WorldWinner account. All withdrawals are issued in U.S. Dollars. Bonus Bucks cannot be withdrawn.
To initiate a withdrawal of cash/winnings:
Go to Wallet
Select Withdraw
Enter the Amount to Withdraw and your WorldWinner Password and select OK when finished. How much cash available for withdrawal is shown in Available Balance.
Select Yes to confirm your withdrawal request. Any Bonus Bucks balance available on the account at the time of the withdrawal request will be forfeited.
Withdrawal Processing:
- Withdrawals may take up to 10 business days to process (from date of withdrawal request).
- Check withdrawals may take up to 8 weeks for processing and delivery.
- Players cannot choose which payment methods will be credited/refunded for withdrawals.
- Withdrawals may process in smaller, multiple transactions than what is requested. Ex: Player requests a $10 withdrawal. Withdrawal is processed in two $5 credit transactions ($10 total).
- Withdrawals cannot be cancelled, changed or re-routed.
