Here are some general tips that are recommended if you have consistent issues playing WorldWinner using an iPhone/iPad:
- Restart your device regularly.
- Close all other apps, programs that may be open while playing WorldWinner.
- Make sure that your Apple device meets/exceeds the minimum system requirements.
- Uninstall the WorldWinner Mobile App, restart your device and reinstall the latest version of the WorldWinner Mobile App available in the App Store.
- Try playing WorldWinner via the WorldWinner Mobile App or via the WorldWinner Mobile Website.
