Here are some general tips that are recommended if you have consistent issues playing WorldWinner using a Computer:
- Restart your computer regularly.
- Close all other programs/apps that may be running on your computer.
- Update your Web Browser to the most recent version that is available. (See browser Settings > Help> About)
- Try different Web Browsers. (WorldWinner is compatible for most Web Browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari.)
- Use fast and strong connections to the Internet (Cable, Broadband, and higher). Test your internet speed.
- Install any available updates for your computer. Make sure your computer and components are up-to-date.
- Disable connection to a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
- Do not use Private browsers or have Private Browsing settings enabled.
