Other identifying details
- Indicate whether you are a customer, employee, former employee
- If you are requesting on behalf of someone else:
- Declare that you are the legal parent/guardian if they are under 18
- Have legal authority to act on the individual
- Are authorized by the CA Secretary of State
WorldWinner may ask you to visit and complete the webform (Option 1) or directly request additional information from you before processing the request. General response time is within 2-5 business days. If eligible, all valid requests will be acted upon within 45 days of receipt.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) went into effect on January 1, 2020.
Account activity performed on WorldWinner prior to January 1, 2011 is not available and cannot be provided.
