Here are some items to keep in mind before/when submitting a CCPA request:
- If eligible, all requests (data copy or data deletion) will be acted upon within 45 days of receipt.
- You may submit up to 2 data copy requests within a 12-month period.
- Once a data deletion request is submitted, we may not be able to reverse it!
- Data deletion requests will result in the complete closure of the account and full/irrevocable deletion of all data.
- We will reimburse any available cash balance to the account holder via check (if real money is available in the account prior to closure).
For the protection of our customers, it may be necessary for us to request additional details, including a government-issued photo ID, to confirm your identity before we act on your request. WorldWinner Support will contact you by email if this is necessary. We will not use personal information submitted for the purpose of a Consumer Data Request for any purpose other than to effectuate your request.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) went into effect on January 1, 2020.
Account activity performed on WorldWinner prior to January 1, 2011 is not available and cannot be provided.
