- Install any available updates for your device, operating system, web browser, etc. - make sure your components are up to date
- Close any unnecessary browser windows, applications, or processes you may have running on your device
- If playing on the Web: Try using a different web browser (Firefox/Chrome are recommended)
- If playing the WorldWinner App: Uninstall and reinstall the WorldWinner App on your device
- Try playing different game titles to see if you are able to play some but not others
- Restart your device regularly
- Check to see that your setup and internet connection meets or exceeds the minimum system/device requirements
- Test your internet speed
