An account that isn't accessed for 180 consecutive days will be considered "Inactive" and an Account Inactivity Fee will be implemented.
The Account Inactivity Fee includes:
- Bonus Bucks Balance: All Bonus Bucks will be forfeited/debited. (Bonus Bucks Balance will be set to $0.00)
- Rewards Points Balance: All Rewards Points will be forfeited/debited. (Rewards Points balance will be set to 0.)
- Cash Balance: A maintenance fee of $3.50 will be assessed to the available Cash balance for each month of "inactivity" until the Cash balance reaches $0.00. (No further penalties would be applied when Cash balance reaches $0.00.)
If you feel like taking a temporary break from WorldWinner and don't want to worry about losing your account balances, simply submit a Close Account request to WorldWinner Player Services and the team will close your account for you.
You can always reopen your account down the road and any balances available in your account at the time of the closure would be available for use when the account is reopened.
WorldWinner may, but is not obligated to, notify account owners via email of their inactivity and the imposition of the Monthly Maintenance Fee.
