There are multiple States in the USA that currently do not allow any participation in skill-gaming tournaments for cash and prizes in an online/mobile environment.
WorldWinner is not "in charge" of these restrictions in place. These restrictions are implemented by the State(s) legislation.
If you are a resident, are visiting/passing through any of these States below, you will not be able to play tournaments that award any cash prize:
- Arkansas
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Louisiana
- Montana
- South Carolina
- South Dakota
- Tennessee
Additionally, if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is routing your internet connection through any of the restricted States above, you may be blocked from participating in cash tournaments until your internet connection is detected as being located in a State that is not restricted.
There are a couple other States in the USA that have specific restrictions.
Cannot participate in Card-Style* game titles:
- Indiana
- Maine
Cannot participate in Mega Events or Fixed Prize Unlimited Entry (FPUE) tournaments:
- Arizona
- Florida
