There have been no changes to the State-by-State restrictions as they relate to entering skill tournaments for cash and prizes.
If you are being incorrectly blocked from participating on WorldWinner at this time, we recommend the following tips to potentially resolve the issue for your account: (Please note that these tips may not resolve the issue but we ask that you try as many as possible. Success will vary.)
- Unplug/Restart your Cable Modem connection (This step is recommended by our Engineers to reset your IP Address.)
- If a computer user, please try playing WorldWinner using a phone/tablet device (if available)
- Log out of your WorldWinner account, close and reopen WorldWinner and try again
- If using a mobile device, turn off WiFi and try using mobile data
- Disable any Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection if in use
If you continue to be blocked after trying the tips above and you are not located in a Restricted State, please email the WorldWinner Fraud and Risk Team directly (email fraud@worldwinner.com) and include:
- Your WorldWinner Username
- Your Location (City/State)
