Some tournaments make take up to 48 hours to payout after the last player completes their entry due to a variety of reasons.
Until the tournament winnings are distributed, the tournament may show as, "In Progress" or "Pending", in the Results.
We know that it can be difficult waiting for tournaments to close and pay out!
