At this time, players will not be able to make any edits to the Expiry/Expiration Dates associated with a Credit/Debit Card on file on WorldWinner.
If a Credit/Debit Card on file has expired and you wish to use the Card that has an updated expiry/expiration date, please Delete the payment method from your WorldWinner account or submit a request to Player Services/Customer Support requesting the Card(s) be removed.
In your request to Player Services/Customer Support, please include the Type of Card (Mastercard or Visa) and the last 4 Digits of the Card(s) in order for the Support Team to successfully process your request.
Once Player Services/Customer Support deletes the payment method on file in the payment processor records, the customer may make a new deposit into their WorldWinner account using the new/updated information.
