At WorldWinner, we are very conscientious about payment security and have implemented multiple checks to verify billing information provided is correct.
There could be a variety of reasons why a deposit attempt gets rejected.
If you attempt a deposit but it gets rejected, you may see a pending Charge on your financial statement in the amount of the deposit attempt.
The pending Charge is just an authorization hold placed on the funds by your financial institution, NOT WorldWinner. Your financial institution may need up to 10 business days (up to 30 days for gift, pre-paid cards) to process the rejection on their end and release the hold/Charge from your actual bank/credit card statement.
In order to successfully make a deposit into your account on WorldWinner you will need to ensure that:
- The billing address you entered is the same billing address that the issuing bank/credit card company has on file.
- There are enough funds available on the card to cover the intended deposit amounts.
- The payment method that you are attempting to use hasn't been previously used on a different WorldWinner account.
- You do not live in a state or country that is restricted from participating in cash tournaments on WorldWinner.
It is not recommended to immediately attempt additional deposits when any issues occur. We recommend contacting your bank/credit card company directly for additional assistance and information regarding the rejection or contact Player Services directly.
