It is recommended that players report incidents to WorldWinner Player Services when they occur. Player Services will review the information and entry that was impacted and may be able to issue a refund of the entry fee paid.
When submitting a request/error report to Player Services, please make sure to include the Tournament ID# of the tournament that was impacted in your report for easier review and potential refund of the entry fee that was lost.
WorldWinner cannot be held responsible for issues experienced beyond our control. A refund request may be denied if there is no evidence in the game logs to indicate that the issues experienced were directly caused by a malfunction of WorldWinner servers.
