The prizes available for each tournament type/"flavor" will vary.
Most tournaments offered have multiple prizes per place in the standings (1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place...).
The Prize Pool shown on the tournament selections screen/pages, shows the total amount of prizes available for that tournament - not necessarily the prize awarded to the winner.
