Withdrawals are generally processed back to payment method(s) previously used to fund the WorldWinner account within 10 days from the withdrawal request date:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- PayPal
- ApplePay
In some cases, withdrawals may be paid out as a Check.
- WorldWinner can only credit/refund a Credit/Debit Card or ApplePay account up to the amount that has been deposited into WorldWinner using those payment methods.
- If the user withdraws more than they deposited using a Credit/Debit Card or ApplePay account, and there is no PayPal account on file, a withdrawal Check will be processed.
- Checks may take up to 8 weeks for processing and delivery.
Also note:
- Players can't "choose" how their withdrawal will process
- Withdrawal processing times will vary per transaction
- Withdrawals may process to multiple payment method(s) on file
- Withdrawals may process in multiple/smaller transactions than was requested. (ex: You withdraw $10 and receive two $5 credits/refunds.)
- Withdrawals may still process to Gift or Pre-Paid Credit/Debit Cards on file
It is the player's/account owner's responsibility to maintain valid payment methods stored on their WorldWinner account. Any unavailable, closed or invalid payment method(s) that was previously used to fund the account, but has not been deleted/removed by the player/account owner, may still receive withdrawals back to those payment methods. WorldWinner will not be able to accommodate any payment re-route request.
Coming Soon: Additional information on how each withdrawal transaction is to be processed will be made available on the user's WorldWinner Account Statement so user's can better understand how their withdrawal(s) will process.
